Birthday: Nov 19 / Height: 202cm / Weight: 90kg
Captain of the 11th division. Kenpachi is the only current captain to achieve his level (1) using the unprecedented "kill the current captain" method and (2) without having a bankai release. A recluse from the worst area of Rukongai, he took the name "Zaraki" from his district (#80) and "Kenpachi", the title bestowed upon the strongest swordsman. More info?

kusajishi yachiru
Birthday: Feb 12 / Height: 109cm / Weight: 15.5kg
Vice-captain, and physically the complete opposite of her enormous Captain. Yachiru grew up in the second-worst district of Rukongai (Kusajishi, her namesake, and #79). Her parents were murdered, after which Kenpachi took her in and gave her a name. They then entered the Gotei 13 together. She likes Kenpachi, nicknaming people, and confetti candy. More info?

madarame ikkaku
Birthday: Nov 9 / Height: 182cm / Weight: 76kg
The 3rd seat. Despite his ranking, he is at least as strong as a vice-captain (and, considering he is in the battle division, probably stronger than a normal vice-captain). Ikkaku loves a good battle and is intensely devoted to his division and Kenpachi, his Captain. He is very good friends with Yumichika. More info?

ayasegawa yumichika
Birthday: Sep 19 / Height: 169cm / Weight: 56kg
The 5th seat. In terms of strength he is practically vice-captain level with his shikai, but seeing as how both the lieutenant and 3rd seat positions were taken, Yumichika decided on the 5th seat (rather than the 4th) because the number 5 looks most like the number 3. Yumichika is a egoist who also loves battle, and his zanpakutou is equally as narcissistic as he is. More info?
