Anrietta
Anrietta causes many a problem for Alec and company while they're in the vicinity of Paltos, including making up Guild jobs because she likes Alec so much. Though she's rather annoying and selfish, all she really wants is to be accepted both by her family and by a group of friends. If you choose to forfeit a Guild job late in the game, Anrietta will join your party.

The Professor
This mastermind is the genius behind the Academy, he runs it all. His dream is to recreate the world as it was before the Great Disaster, and his method of doing so is entirely through science. He doesn't care if a 'few' lives are lost in the process, because his end result is grander for everyone, or so he believes.

Seville
Seville is the Professor's right-hand man. He strongly believes in the Professor's plans and ideals and is often the one sent to watch over while they are carried out. He is also voiced by Akira Ishida, which means his voice kicks ass.

Sharon
Sharon is another of the Professor's underlings, but she's known him for a long time. She is intensely loyal to the Professor and very much in love with him, and follows his whims whatever they may be, even if she has moral doubts about them.

Spicy
Spicy is a self-proclaimed lover boy, whose lovers unfortunately have no interest in him whatsoever. This 22 year old ninja has been "cursed" to follow beautiful women around, profess his love, and ultimately get completely shut down. Many of Alec's Guild jobs revolve around people who think that they're being stalked and occasionally Spicy will just pop into a job that has nothing to do with him. Eventually, Spicy will find love, because he's just so damn cool. Even if your "beauties" don't love you all the time, Spicy, we do.

The Rainbow Bridge Gang
The RBG is a (you guessed it) gang of theives led by Aguito, their rather theatrical "Chief". Their name comes from how they banded together- Aguito found the members about to jump into the ocean, and gave them a speech on water, always flowing, life-giving. Their symbol is a rainbow, for "there will always be a rainbow after the rain". They tend to always show up somewhere that has to do with water. Later on, they gain another member who takes over as Vice-Chief, and then band back together to form The Rainbow Bridge Troupe, a company of performers.

Dorvan and Family
Dorvan is a travelling merchant, wandering the world in search of a place where he can sell the "ultimate product". This trend seems to run in the family- his wife and all their children are also wandering around, searching both for each other and for that product. Unfortunately for Alec and company, Dorvan's family always seems to overlook one side-effect of whatever wondrous product they have most recently discovered, but everything works out in the end. Once they get back together, the family opens up shop in what they see to be the ideal place- the middle of a cave.

Girth
Girth is a young, troubled artist who has trouble with self-esteem and motivation. Beginning with a fateful Guild job in Renn, Alec helps him along by providing support, modeling, and even assisting with women (thanks to Lutz). Eventually Girth finds his artistic spirit and completes a work thanks to everyone who has helped him along the way. Good job, Girth. We're proud.

Raia
Raia's dream is to become a singer- every chance she gets, she goes to the oceanside and sings across the waves, dreaming that her voice will carry to her boyfriend across the sea. The party helps her out along the road to achieving success, and making her dreams a reality.

Alba
Alba begins as Alec's rival- another Hunter who thinks he's hot stuff and constantly puts Alec down. As his companions state, however, Alba's not a bad person, he just doesn't know what else to do. Alba's father was killed while trying to save him from a mysterious monster called the Red Death, and Alba's out for revenge. Unfortunately, Alba often has to learn lessons the hard way, including the lesson of revenge, but he comes around and thankfully everything is ok.
