Chongara is the self-titled adventurer on the continent of Alatos. He is quite eccentric, which becomes quickly apparent upon meeting him. He lives in his own little shop, where he keeps all of his rare (and not-so-rare) findings from ancient ruins. When Arc stops by Alatos in search of the Light Guardian, Chongara is happy to assist... as long as Arc is happy to fetch Chongara the Summon Pot first. After Arc heads into the Forbidden Ruins and gets the Summon Pot, Chongara shows Arc to the Light Guardian, as well as joining up with the group. His only means of attacking in battle is smashing the Summon Pot at monsters. However, due to the Summon Pot's special powers, Chongara is also able to summon select creatures onto the battlefield to help fight.
