Gogen is a wise and powerful sorceror, who was one of the original seven heroes. During the final fight with an evil foe, Gogen realised that the only way to win was to seal the enemy and himself away into the Illusion World. Many years later, Arc was able to enter the Illusion World, defeat the enemy there, and free Gogen. Learning of his quest, Gogen offered to lend his powers to the cause, since he was able to (more or less) locate each of the Spirits Arc needed to find. Gogen is a strict attack mage, with powerful small and large area spells. Though knowing many things, Gogen often suffers from slight memory loss due to being away from humanity, though given long enough, he'll usually remember eventually.
