Lieza is a Beasttalker, people whom many consider to be witches due to how they can communicate with creatures. She was raised by her grandfather, who told her to beware of people who would fear and try to kill her. Due to her special abilities, she is targeted for Romalia's Chimera Project, just as Elk was. Elk first finds Lieza aboard an airship, which is later discovered to have been heading to White House. Lieza's constant companion is Pawndit, a blue wolf creature who will protect her at all costs.
