Lutz was also orphened in the Great Disaster, and has lived in Sasha Village with his sister Kuretta ever since. Lutz is Alec's best friend, and they're almost always together, sharing some sort of mishaps. Lutz dreams of adventure, riches, and women, and when Alec decides to leave Sasha and become a Hunter, Lutz jumps at the chance to accompany his buddy and travel all over the world. Lutz also has a penchant for rare items and item creation, though when the going gets tough he leaves the decisions to Alec. Though he does provide the greater part of the comic relief in the game and sometimes acts dumb, Lutz is a loyal friend who cares deeply about his comrades and will never desert them in a time of need.
