Plot - Characters - Episodes - OST

"Plot in a Sentence": The same as Arc II, with one very big change- Clive.

(Yes, this is mostly the Arc 2 plot with slight differences. Kind of like the anime! ^_^;)

Elk is a young Hunter with painful memories of his childhood. He was born into the Pyrenian clan, a tribe capable of summoning flame at will. When he was very young, an aerial and ground attack was launched on the clan in order to steal their prized statue of the Fire Guardian. His family was killed in the raid, though Elk himself was captured due to his "potential". He was taken to a facility known as "White House", where children with "potential" from all over the world were taken for studies and experiments. Attemping an escape with his two best friends, he was forced to leave them behind to get out. He was found and saved by a mysterious Hunter named Shu, who took Elk in and raised him properly. Though he is now a successful Hunter of his own, Elk still remembers his past misfortunes and the ship which launched the attack that started it all...

One day, an urgent job is unexpectedly sent in the Hunter's Guild: a crazed terrorist has hijacked a ship and is holding everyone on board hostage. Elk boards the ship and comes across a young girl named Leiza and her monster companion Pawndit, who have been captured and chained up. Elk is able to stop the madman and save everyone on board, though his companion Cougar is killed in the process. Things turn bad, however, when a strange ship flies up and fires at the hijacked vessel, and Elk is thrown off, but saved.

Later on, Elk and Shu once again come across Leiza and Pawndit, being chased. Elk and Shu come to the rescue, but the group has many more problems as new enemies appear around them. It is discovered that Leiza was another child being sent to White House, if she had not been rescued. Determined to stop whoever was behind these cruelities, Elk tracks down that which launched the attack on his clan: the Silver Noah, the current airship of Arc Ricolne and his crew. Though they are fighting the same enemy, Elk blames Arc for his troubles and pains. Misunderstandings and dangers arise as Elk and his friends battle corrupt leaders and their lackeys, all the while wondering who or who not to trust.
