Tosh is an ex-member of the Palencia Elite Guard. When some townsfolk became unruly, the Royal Guard had to intervene. However, when the Elite Guard began to mercilessly slaughter innocent victims (including Tosh's father), Tosh chose to fight back against the Guard. Due to his "disloyalty" to Palencia, he was forcibly thrown in prison until the day of his execution. When Tosh is later freed by Arc, he decides to join the group. Lacking defense but definitely not strength, Tosh is an excellent fighter with varied special attacks. He is also quite quick to anger, and when not being enraged, can be often found drinking or training.
