1. Provide a (preferrably realistic) name, valid email address, and country. Emails don't need to be shown, but must be valid. Countries must be real countries.

2. If joining with a website, link back somehow (code or text link, your choice) WITHOUT direct-linking. No porn, racist, warez, or otherwise inappropriate sites will be listed (I reserve the right to decide whether or not your site is appropriate). If the code isn't up when I check, your site won't be listed but you'll be notified that I couldn't find the link back.
