When joining, please supply a Name (realistic names/nicknames (simplistic names without numbers, ASCII, etc.) are requested, please), valid Email, and Country. All other fields are optional; if you own a website you want listed with your information, refer to the next rules.

If you have a site you would like listed, please download a code, upload it onto your site, then link it back to Kyo no Tema's index page (http://www.neo-dynasty.com/kaga) before joining. The "Code URL" field on the join form becomes mandatory if you want to list your site (unless you have the code listed on your splash or main page).

If a code cannot be found, you will be added to the list without your site listed; you can then update your information at a later time in order to have your site listed. However, if your site contains any racism/porn/warez/etc., then it will not be listed at all.

Not so much a "rule" but rather a "mention": please use the join form for joining only (not updating), and likewise, the update form for updating information (and not attempting to join through it). Also, after sending in a form, please refrain from re-sending the form until I next update; though I attempt to update fairly often, I do get backlogged occasionally. Much obliged!
