I ask for no absurd names or nicknames; though I will not deny your join form, I will alter any names that are profain or ridiculous (incredibly hard to head, needlessly long and complex, etc.).

* A website is not necessary to join. If you have a website and would like it listed, please place one of otR's codes onto your website beforehand and link it back to http://www.neo-dynasty.com/kdmusic. No direct-linking of codes.

* For your "Favorite Katamari Damacy song(s)", please limit yourself to only 2 songs (one on each line) or less. You can also have "All songs" or if you can't pick between a few, "Cannot choose". In the case of "All" or "Cannot Choose", put that on your first line and leave the second one blank (eg. Line 1="All songs" and Line 2=blank). If you put more than one song on each line (eg. Line 1="Katamari on the Rock, Ai no Katamari" and Line 2="Lonely Rolling Star, Wanda Wanda"), I will ignore all but the first ones you typed (eg. Line 1="Katamari on the Rock" and Line 2="Lonely Rolling Star"). Since most people use them when joining, the English name equivalent for songs will be listed (so "Ai no Katamari" will be listed as "Katamari of Love", etc).
