Two really simple rules, so please follow them ^_^
1. Provide (1) a real-sounding name, (2) a valid email address, and (3) your country. I'm only listing first names, and ridiculous names will be adjusted.
2. If you are joining with a website, put up either a code or a text link back to
http://www.neo-dynasty.com/kuroyan. No direct linking the codes. Sites containing porn, warez, racist, or other inappropriate material won't be listed with member information, and I reserve the right to deem whether or not your site is appropriate.
