Rules

Not too many rules, but please follow them! ^_^

1. Give me your name, email, and country.

2. Names- real or real-sounding. Please. You name isn't Hyde, Hideto, Mrs. Hyde, HyDeGuRl663, or lArC~eN~mIcHeLlE. I'm also only listing first names, surnames will be left off.

3. Emails must be valid so that I can contact you.

4. Please limit your choice of a favorite PV to two or less. If you can't pick, just put All ^_^

5. When joining with a website-
- please fill in the URL field and the code URL field. Code URL means the exact page where the code/link back is.
- save a code TO YOUR OWN SERVER. I have zero tolerance for direct linkers. If you can't save a code, using a text link is perfectly ok.
- have the code up before you click "JOIN". I'm online often. I check.
- no porn, racist, hate, warez, or otherwise inappropriate sites will be listed. I reserve the right to decide what is and is not appropriate.
If ALL of the above are not met, I'll list you but not your URL.
