1. Please provide your name, email, and country when you sign up.

2. Preferably, your name must be real or real-sounding. I really don't want to list people as DaBlinG96_4u. If I get names like that, I'll make up some realistic name for you ^_^; In addition, if you give me more than one name (i.e. John Smith) I'll only list the first part (i.e. John)

3. Your email must be valid. You don't have to have it displayed on the members' page, but it must work so that I can contact you if need be.

4. If you have a website and would like it listed with your member info, please follow the next several rules:

5. Take a code, save it to your own computer and then put it up somewhere easy to find on your site. Direct linkers will not be tolerated.

6. All codes must link back to http://www.neo-dynasty.com/otters, nowhere else. That means you can't even link to the main.html page, only the index url.

7. If the code is not up when I look for it, I will list your information but not your website. You can later update your member info and add the site, if you wish.

8. Sites containing porn, hate, warez, or other matierial that I deem inappropriate will not be listed.
