1. Provide (1) a real-sounding name, (2) a valid email address, and (3) your country. No surnames will be listed, and ridiculous names will be adjusted.

2. If you are joining with a website, put up either a code or a text link back to http://www.neo-dynasty.com/pierrot/. No direct linking the codes. Sites containing porn, warez, racist, or other inappropriate material won't be listed with member information. I reserve the right to deem whether or not your site is appropriate. If your site falls into any of these categories, you'll still be listed but your site will not be linked.
