When you use an icon, credit is required. This means that you put text with the icon that links back to http://www.neo-dynasty.com/project/ or http://www.neo-dynasty.com/star/.
This could mean that you put the link in the icon comments (LiveJournal, Blogger, Xanga, GreatestJournal), or somewhere on your main page, the one with your entries (personal blogs).
I would greatly prefer that you did not do a "credit post" on any sort of blog where you state "I got my icons from these people:" followed by a generic list of iconmakers and/or URLs.
If you need any help with how to credit properly, feel free to send me email and I'd be happy to do my best to help.
Stealing in any shape or form is prohibited and will be dealt with severely.

They are icons, not bases.
You may not put text on them.
You may not alter the colors.
You may not put your username on them.
You may not alter them in any way and claim they are yours.

Direct linking is prohibited. Roll over those first two words for explanations.
If you are having trouble re-uploading an icon, try the following sites for free image hosting:
- Photobucket.com
- ImageShack.us
- TinyPic.com
Each of those sites provies URLs for linking to the image once it is uploaded.
Direct-linkers will have their IP addresses banned.

Should you wish to direct someone else to the directory, the only URL that may be given is http://www.neo-dynasty.com/project/.
Do not give links to any specific pages.
