Shachihokou first appears as a Japanese-fluent foreigner in the Pantasia Newcomer's Battle- who decides to smack Kawachi around for being from Osaka. After the Newcomer's Battle, he appears again at the Monaco Cup as part of Team America, sponsored by Kirisaki. He seems to love making bread that's somehow phallic in imagery or reaction, and gosh if he isn't the most loveable fluent foreigner I've seen. He also (in "typical Italian fashion") has a huge family who come to cheer him on at the Monaco Cup. He's a very skilled baker, but has somewhat lost his Italian-American heritage pride in his obsession with Nagoya- however, after the Monaco Cup there is lots of hope for him to create a really cool blend of all the things he loves ^_^
