terms of use/policy

The following terms are applicable to all available downloadable graphics: layouts, wallpapers, avatars, buttons, banners, brushes, fonts; EVERYTHING.

1. You must credit Stardrop for the graphics (regardless of their type: layouts, wallpaper, banners, brushes, fonts, etc.) somehow, somewhere quite visible; in the case of buttons/banners, credit ON THE PAGE where they are used. The link back should point to http://www.neo-dynasty.com/star/

2. The only things that may be credited differently are avatars: if you wish, you may either credit Stardrop's main site directly (http://www.neo-dynasty.com/star/) OR you may credit Project2, (http://www.neo-dynasty.com/project/) for the avatars. If avatars are used on blog sites (LiveJournal, Greatest Journal, Xanga, etc.) please credit in the keywords or comments for the icon. If they are used for message boards of any kind, credit MUST still be given, preferrably on your profile/info page.

3. Do NOT credit any of these as your own. Re-distribution is not allowed.

4. None of the downloads may be used on sites that contain porn, racist, hate, otherwise unpleasant/in any way offensive material.

5. Direct linking the images is both disabled and forbidden.

6. Wallpapers and avatars are meant to be found here only. Link to the main page if you want people to see them, download them, etc, but do NOT put them up in any sort of gallery, and do NOT direct link them (failure to comply will result in attempt to contact, then direct action).

Compliance with all of the terms is necessary in order to download the graphics. Thank you!
