  * AKA: Kamaboko Japan
  * Made with fish paste, and tastes good no matter how bad the fish themselves taste.
  * Created during the fifth 'battle' of the Monaco Cup, when team Japan and Pierrot are stuck in Mexico's deepest cave. (Volume 10, chapters 81-82.)
  * Bread Reaction: Pierrot- "Eternal Reaction". Pierrot plans this reaction in code (saying "Mamadoko?" or "Where's Mom?" as "104,877,443,673!") since he's trying to stall for time because he can't swim. Azuma, however, cracks the code easily.

  * AKA: France-Japan
  * Made with butter made from goat's milk, which disposes of the scent and acidity of cow's milk and gives a richer flavor due to large quanitites of small fat particles, as well as around 20 times the amount of taurin
  * Created when trying to make bread "good enough for a horse" (Volume 2, chapters 7-8)
  * Bread Reaction: Manager- grunts; Kawachi- flies into the constellation Capricorn.

  * AKA: Wasabi Table Bread
  * Made with wasabi, which has strong antibactierial properties that can stop mold from growing.
  * Created for first preliminary round of the Pantasia Newcomer Battle, "table bread that won't mold" (Volume 3, chapters 14-16)
  * Bread Reaction: Tsukino & Kino- become so ecstatic that they cannot help but shed "serene pools of spring water".

  * AKA: Kurowasan
  * Made as a croissant with 324 very thin layers, not eating the 10 outermost layers that become burnt through cooking by smashing it with a spoon.
  * Mentioned by Inaho (Volume 1, chapter 1); Created by Azuma & Kawachi during the finals of the Pantasia hiring examination (Volume 1, chapters 4-5)
  * Bread Reaction: Kuroyanagi- man travels to the moon with a croissant, and makes a declaration that though to people it may only be a small croissant, "in the bread industry, this is a great step forward"; Suwabara- bends backwards into the shape of the crescent moon.

  * Cooked on a petalite board.
  * Created for Pantasia Newcomer's Battle Semifinal against Suwabara (Volume 5, chapter 41-Volume 6, chapter 42)
  * Bread Reaction: Grandfather Umasaburou, Kuroyanagi & Deebu- go to heaven, then return.
