The manga of Yakitate!! Japan first began as being published in Shounen Sunday. It has finished it Japan as of April 2007 with 26 volumes total.

Recently, the French publisher Akata/Delcourt has picked up Yakitate!! Japan to publish in France. Also, Viz has picked up the manga to localize for the USA, with a release date of September 12, 2006 for the first volume. For more US release dates, click here.

SnoopyCool began scanlating the manga in 2003 and continued it all the way up to the end of volume 17. Minna-Scan picked up the manga at chapter 153 and is currently ongoing.
