Ryuuramen-san
An old friend of Ken's and an old assassin, he teaches Kawachi and Azuma how to make great yakisoba. He likes money, fighting, and assassinations.

Deebu
Deebu is a judge called in for the semis and finals of the Pantasia newcomer's battle. He is an old mangaka, and is so fat he has to be lifted in through a wall with a crane. He doesn't say anything except for "ah, so busy", and judges bread with war-cries rather than reactions.

Shachihokou (Spencer Henry Hokou)
An Italian-American who first shows up in the Pantasia newcomer's battle, he is an expert with yakisoba. He shows up again as part of team America in the Monaco Cup, and wants to fight against Azuma to settle their score.

Monika Adenauer
Also a part of team America, though she is German. Monika is the world champion pastry chef, and loves candy, eating candy, and working with candy. Though she is at first wary of Suwabara as her opponent, she ends up liking him and flirts with him almost incessantly after their battle...

Shadow White
The most skilled member of team America, Shadow is the only one thus far able to topple Azuma's Japan with his "Gopan". He doesn't often speak on his own, but prefers to repeat things that are said to him. He can copy bread exactly, and uses it to his advantage.

The Kayser Brothers
Gran (top), Bob (middle), and Edward (bottom). They are the favorites in the Monaco Cup, and elite artisans in France. Of the three, Gran is the most skilled. They all possess both Solar Hands and Goddess Fingers.

Sophie Balzac Kirisaki
The Meister's younger sister, Sophie runs the Gordon Blue bakery, located across the street from the Kayser's main store. She intensely resents her father and is a skilled baker.

Tsubotzuka Takumi
Takumi is a member of CMAP, an elite baking group. He fights team Japan in the first battle of the Yakitate!! 25 series in Ohma. His specialty is tuna, and boy oh boy does he do it well. He's rather quiet and somewhat brooding, but he's a fearsome opponent for their battle.

Kaname Hiroshi
Another of the 4 CMAP members, Kaname is the intelligence behind the group. He'd rather plot out the course of a battle and research all the ingredients and recipes necessary than pretty much anything else.

Narumi Shizuto
Another member of CMAP, Narumi (to put it simply) loves himself. He believes that his beauty, brilliance, and many other good qualities are unable to be matched, and thinks (and says) that everyone who is beneath his standards should "just die". Despite all the narcissism, he's a worthy opponent who has studied hard to be in CMAP.

Chimatsuri Gou
CMAP's most hot-headed member, Gou is the type to swear at you, then knock you flat if you look at him the wrong way. He doesn't like having to work with anybody else, and would rather rely on his secret weapon- his "flame arm"- to win battles.
