1 - Supply a Name, Email, and Country on your join form. You do not need a site to join (see #3 if you have a site, however).

2 - If the email you give on your join form bounces, you won't be added. Also, please use a realistic name or nickname. Not "TEH_GRIM_REEPARS_PENPAAL" or "MONSTER Z13545" or "Please add me". Just as a common courtesy.

3 - If you have a website that you wish to have listed, please stop by the codes and follow the rules outlined there before joining. If your site contains any racism/hate/porn/warez/etc., it will not be listed.
